Ingredients 6 cups unfiltered apple cider Zest from 1 orange Zest from 1 lemon 4 cinnamon sticks 3 whole star anise pods 2 teaspoons whole cloves 2 teaspoons whole allspice berries   Instructions Place all the ingredients in a large saucepan over medium heat.
